As a third-generation business owner in the construction industry, Tommy Smith Jr’s passion for the business runs deep in his blood. At a young age Tommy worked for his father’s company every summer and every break he had in school. Even during his studies at the University of North Alabama the construction industry kept him busy as he worked his way through college.a
